What is 30 days  of Yoga

30 days of Yoga was created in 2015 by Azizah Nubia as a fun and informative way to introduce yoga to the Natural Woman Magazine platform. Signing up for 30 days of yoga you will receive a daily email with yoga facts, recipes, and routines for 30 days. You will gain access to the Natural Woman Bootcamp where there will be a live virtual  30 min yoga session with Azizah. For 30 days of yoga, we will feature an interview with a Yoga Professional and or advocate on the Natural Woman Youtube platform. And finally, we will have 4 amazing giveaways for all yoga participants.

Our 30 days will be starting September 7th, 2021
